Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery / pick up with your order number and photos so we can assist you.

Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note: We are unable to guarantee the longevity of fresh, perishable products such as flowers. Once flowers are cut, they begin their gentle journey toward fading, and it is this very fleeting nature that makes them so precious. Flowers are ephemeral - here to be enjoyed for a brief, beautiful moment. Our bouquets are made with flowers, cut fresh daily from our farm with varying vase life and at different stages of opening, creating a natural, layered arrangement that evolves day by day. Some blooms may fade sooner, while others unfold slowly over time. We cannot be held responsible for how flowers are handled, stored or cared for after they leave our hands. Change of mind returns for perishable goods (such as fresh flowers) are not accepted.

For non‑perishable products (e.g. giftware), returns may be accepted within 7–14 days in original, unused condition, at our discretion. Delivery fees and return postage costs are generally non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

In the event a product is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of similar style and value. If a key item is unavailable and a substitute isn’t suitable, we will contact you to discuss options.
